Role: Mainframe Production Support Developer

Location:
Toronto, ON – Hybrid (4 days onsite)

Key Responsibilities
• Manage application custodianship, risk assessments, problem records, and disaster recovery (DR) exercises.
• Review, triage, investigate, and resolve production incidents and mailbox requests.
• Perform production verification testing (PIV) using tools such as Postman and PMA.
• Investigate production issues related to client data, card status, and application inquiries.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to resolve production issues and implement changes.
• Manage Thales client card purging, exception reports, password renewals, and certificate renewals.
• Coordinate annual Interac and internal audits, penetration testing, and retesting.
• Approve Cloud API and Helios deployments.
• Support Asset Compatibility Testing (ACT) and BMM enhancements.
• Maintain technical documentation and coordinate testing with business stakeholders. Key Technical
