Overview

We are seeking a friendly, attentive Server/Bartender to provide welcoming and efficient service in a hospitality setting. This role combines serving guests, preparing and serving beverages, processing orders and payments, and helping maintain a clean, safe dining area. Restaurant or food service experience is helpful, but a strong customer-service mindset and willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities

- Welcome guests, explain menu items, answer questions, and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages in accordance with established procedures.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure orders are delivered accurately and promptly.
- Process guest payments, operate the register, and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Follow food safety and food-handling practices, including proper sanitation and responsible beverage service.




- Keep dining, service, and bar areas clean, organized, and stocked.
- Manage multiple tables and tasks while maintaining a professional, hospitable guest experience.

Skills

- Robust customer service, communication, and hospitality skills.
- Serving and bartending ability; restaurant, food industry, or food service experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems; experience with Micros POS is desirable.
- Cashiering and cash-handling accuracy.
- Basic math and math skills for processing orders and payments.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and food handling.
- Effective time management, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $17.60 per hour
