Our client is seeking a Drywall Installer to support residential construction projects in Red Deer. This role involves hanging drywall, mudding, taping, sanding, and ensuring high-quality finishes. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
What's the Job?
- Hang and install drywall in residential construction projects.
- Measure, cut, and fit drywall panels accurately.
- Apply mud, tape, and finishing materials to joints and seams.
- Sand and prepare surfaces for painting and final finishing.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all site safety procedures and guidelines.
What's Needed?
- Previous experience in drywall installation and finishing.
- Experience with hanging drywall, mudding, taping, and sanding.
- Ability to use drywall tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to lift and carry construction materials as required.
- Reliable transportation to the work site in Red Deer.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday and meet project deadlines.
