Post Dust Cleaning Services Ltd. is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to join our team! We take pride in providing thorough, consistent cleaning and friendly service.

This is an active role that requires working independently, managing your time, and maintaining quality throughout the day. You must have your own reliable vehicle and feel comfortable cleaning homes on your own. Training, cleaning supplies, and equipment are provided.

Responsibilities

- Complete general, deep, and move-in/move-out cleaning.
- Thoroughly clean bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize surfaces, and remove garbage.
- Follow cleaning checklists and client-specific instructions.
- Pay attention to details, including corners, behind doors, and underneath small items and furniture that can be moved safely.
- Manage your time to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments.
- Check your work before leaving each home.
- Communicate promptly about delays, concerns, damage, or additional time needed.
- Respect clients’ homes, belongings, and privacy.
- Safely transport and store company cleaning supplies and equipment.

Qualifications





- Your own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s licence are required to travel between appointments and transport supplies.
- Robust attention to detail and pride in completing thorough work.
- Comfortable working alone and staying productive without direct supervision.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and clear communication.
- Able to work under time pressure, handle stressful situations calmly, and communicate when support is needed.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Willing to accept feedback and apply it consistently.
- Able to perform physical cleaning tasks, including bending, standing, scrubbing, and carrying equipment.
- Comfortable working in homes with pets.
- Available Monday–Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Depending on your time management cleans may go past 5:00 Pm and you must be okay with that.
- Previous professional cleaning experience is an asset, but we’re happy to train the right person.
