Overview

We are looking for a skilled, client-focused Lash Technician to provide high-quality eyelash extension services in a welcoming, professional studio. You take pride in precise, detail-oriented work and help clients feel comfortable and confident. The role also includes some front desk support and studio upkeep.

Duties

- Consult with clients, explain service options, and recommend lash styles suited to their needs
- Customize and adjust lash styles based on each client's preferences, eye shape, and natural lashes
- Apply extensions safely and precisely, following sanitation and service protocols
- Keep your treatment area clean, and sanitize tools and equipment between clients
- Share aftercare guidance and answer client questions




- Help at the front desk with greeting clients and managing appointments
- Recommend retail products and services that genuinely fit the client's needs

Qualifications

- At least 1 year of hands-on eyelash extension experience (required)
- Relevant training or certification is an asset
- Warm, skilled customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, steady hands, and a strong commitment to hygiene and client safety
- Dependable, organized, and a team player

Pay: $20.00-$45.00 per hour
