The Seasonal Field Nursery Worker –required March2 - December 2027
Starting wage: $17.95, 40-60 hours per week Monday - Saturday
No experience or education required
Duties
- Fast paced, physically demanding outdoor work.
- Digging, planting, planting trees
- Load, unload, and move plants and supplies, including tasks that require heavy lifting.
- Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
- Monitor plants for signs of stress, pests, or disease and notify a supervisor of concerns.
- Complete routine tasks that may require basic math, such as counting plants or measuring materials.
- Ability to perform physical outdoor work, including standing, bending, and lifting or carrying nursery materials.
- Comfort working in wide-ranging weather conditions and following safe work practices.
- Ability to use hand tools carefully and follow instructions.
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and completing routine tasks.
- Dependability, attention to detail, and willingness to work as part of a team.
Pay: $17.95 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
