We are currently seeking an organized, analytical, and proactive Data Analyst to join our expanding business intelligence and operations team.

Position Summary:

As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw technical, studio, and customer performance metrics into actionable business intelligence. You will extract and clean studio metrics, analyze client transaction and engagement histories, build interactive reporting dashboards, and audit key performance indicator (KPI) logs to find process and scheduling optimizations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses strong technical analytical skills, and can communicate quantitative trends clearly to creative and executive teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Extract, clean, and organize operational, studio booking, and client datasets from multiple relational databases and media tracking platforms.
- Design, maintain, and automate professional dashboards and recurring performance tracking logs using data visualization software.
- Conduct thorough trend analyses, studio resource utilization reviews, and statistical variance auditing to support strategic business decisions.
- Partner directly with creative directors, studio coordinators, and marketing teams to clean metric collection and align tracking strategies.
- Translate quantitative findings into clear, written narrative summaries,



reports, and visual charts for studio leadership.
- Perform routine database hygiene checks to ensure the absolute integrity and quality of centralized corporate records.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- 1–2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or in a highly quantitative corporate or media operational support role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and fundamental comfort working with data organization.
- Experience utilizing data visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms) is a strong asset.
- Sharp critical thinking capabilities, structured problem-solving skills, and high attention to metric detail.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and able to reliably commute to our Edmonton, AB (T5J 2Z2) downtown studio.
