Overview

- We are seeking a Mandarin-speaking Business Associate to support personal Banking Department.

To support the Bank’s personal banking strategy and business growth, the deposit

product manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of the Bank’s deposit

products and services, including product development, enhancement, pricing,

governance, and lifecycle management. The role works closely with cross-functional

teams to deliver product solutions, enhance customer experience, ensure regulatory

compliance, and drive deposit growth.

Lead the end-to-end management of the Bank’s deposit products throughout the

product lifecycle, including product development, enhancement, implementation,

pricing, performance monitoring, and ongoing optimization.

 Develop product strategies and business cases based on customer needs, market

trends, competitive analysis, and business objectives to enhance the Bank’s

deposit product offerings and market competitiveness.

 Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including IT, Operations,

Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, Financial Management, to successfully

deliver product initiatives and strategic projects.

 Manage product governance by developing and maintaining product

documentation, including product terms and conditions, fee schedules,

disclosures, operational procedures, and internal policies, ensuring compliance





with applicable regulatory requirements and Bank policies.

 Monitor product performance through analysis of business results, customer

insights, market developments, and operational metrics, and recommend

enhancements to improve customer experience, operational efficiency,

profitability, and business performance.

 Support product pricing strategy, approval processes, and product change

management to ensure timely implementation of product enhancements and

business initiatives.

 Partner with Compliance, AML, Legal, Risk Management, and Internal Audit to

ensure all products, marketing materials, and operational processes comply with

regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal governance

frameworks.

 Plan and execute product marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and customer engagement strategies to support customer acquisition, retention,

deposit growth, and achievement of business objectives.

 Provide subject matter expertise, product training, and ongoing business support

to branches and internal stakeholders, including issue resolution, business

consultation, product communications, and implementation support.

Education: Bachelor related to financing or experience working in the Bank

Shift Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 per week
