Job Summary

We are seeking Registered Massage Therapists to provide professional, client-centered massage therapy. The therapist will assess clients’ needs, develop appropriate treatment plans, maintain accurate records, and create a welcoming, respectful experience for every client.

Responsibilities

- Conduct client intake and discuss health history, goals, preferences, and any relevant concerns before treatment.
- Assess clients’ needs and provide massage therapy within the scope of skilled training and applicable regulations.
- Adapt techniques and pressure to client feedback, comfort, and treatment goals.
- Explain treatment approaches clearly and answer client questions using appropriate medical terminology.
- Maintain accurate, confidential client notes and treatment records.
- Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures for treatment rooms, equipment, and linens.
- Provide attentive customer service and communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.




- Support a calm, inclusive environment and respect client privacy, boundaries, and consent.

Requirements

- Current registration or licensure as a Registered Massage Therapist in the applicable jurisdiction.
- Robust communication skills, including the ability to listen carefully, explain treatment options, and respond to client feedback.
- Working knowledge of anatomy, physiology, contraindications, and relevant medical terminology.
- Professional, client-focused approach and commitment to confidentiality, consent, and ethical practice.
- Ability to maintain clear and accurate documentation and follow established health and safety procedures.

Pay: $39.05-$101.92 per hour

Expected hours: 6.0 – 30.0 per week
