Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, dependable Bartender/Server to provide attentive service in a welcoming hospitality environment. This role combines serving guests, preparing and serving beverages, processing orders and payments, and helping maintain a clean, protected entertainment location . The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, stays organized during busy periods, and takes pride in delivering a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

- Welcome guests, explain options, answer questions, and provide attentive customer service throughout each visit.
- Take accurate beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes, service standards, and applicable food safety requirements.
- Serve beverages promptly, check in with guests, and respond professionally to requests or concerns.
- Process payments, operate the register, and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Maintain clean,



organized service stations; follow food handling, sanitation etc
- Manage multiple tables and bar tasks while prioritizing guest needs and maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

- Previous gaming industry experience is preferred.
- Experience with bartending, serving, cashiering, and POS systems is an asset.
- Strong customer service and hospitality skills, with a courteous and professional approach.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills, including the ability to process transactions accurately.
- Good time management, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $15.90-$28.05 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
