How you get paid

- Commission on every rental you source, based on total rental days booked in the month:
- Vehicle onboarding bonus: $250 for every vehicle you sign up to our rental management program, plus ongoing 10% of that vehicle's monthly rental income for 6 months
- Path to salary: hit 100+ rental days a month for 2 consecutive months and move to a salaried role
- Commission and bonuses depend on your results and are not guaranteed.

What you'll do

- Turn enquiries into bookings: build quotes in our staff portal and follow up every open offer before it expires
- Be the go-to for pricing, answering questions from the rates set in the portal




- Open doors with businesses and long-term renters who need a car for weeks at a time
- Bring vehicle owners into our rental management program
- Negotiate when it makes sense: set a deal price with a reason (prices well below our rates get a quick Admin review)
- Own your pipeline and track your wins in the portal

Hours

Flexible, mostly Toronto daytime and evenings. Speed wins deals, so while you're working, new enquiries get a reply within 5 minutes.

You're a outstanding fit if you have

- 2+ years of sales follow-up or appointment setting by phone and chat with North American customers
- Confident spoken English and the persistence to follow up without being pushy
- A robust personal or professional network
- An outgoing, positive personality and a punctual, reliable work ethic
- Your own computer, headset, backup internet and backup power
- No current work with another car rental business serving Ontario
