Duties
- Assist with food preparation, ensuring ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and ready for service

- Help with food handling procedures in accordance with food safety regulations to ensure guest safety
- Contribute to productive service by setting up workstations and assisting with plating and serving when needed
- Support cashiering duties using POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and payments
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and sanitation through regular cleaning routines and waste management
Skills
- Previous food service experience or kitchen work experience is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and assist guests when necessary
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar cash handling tools
- Experience in customer service environments, including restaurant or hospitality settings
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
- Hospitality experience or hotel industry background is a plus, along with barista experience for versatile role support
