Job Summary

- Provide a welcoming, professional front-desk presence while helping maintain a protected and secure environment for residents, guests, employees, and property.
- Balance attentive concierge service with security awareness, using sound judgment, discretion, and a calm approach.
- Follow site procedures for access control, incident reporting, and emergency response.

Duties

- Greet visitors, provide directions, and assist with routine questions and requests.
- Monitor entrances and shared areas, verify visitor access, and follow established sign-in and access-control procedures.
- Conduct regular patrols and use CCTV and other surveillance tools to identify and report unusual activity.
- Support loss prevention by observing, documenting, and promptly escalating suspected theft, property damage, or policy violations.
- Respond professionally to incidents, alarms, and resident or guest concerns; contact emergency services when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate visitor logs, shift notes, and incident reports while protecting confidential information.




- Coordinate with property staff, emergency responders, and law enforcement as needed.
- Follow site safety procedures and remain alert throughout the shift.

Experience

- Prior experience in concierge services, security, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
- Familiarity with CCTV, access-control systems, patrol procedures, and incident documentation is an asset.
- Law enforcement or security training experience is welcome but not required.
- Strong communication, observation, and customer-service skills are essential.
- Must be dependable, professional, attentive to detail, and able to remain composed in challenging situations.
- Ability to follow written procedures, use basic workplace technology, and perform duties that may involve standing or walking for extended periods.

Pay: $17.60-$19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
