Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, attentive Bartender to create a welcoming experience for guests while preparing and serving beverages. The ideal candidate has solid customer service skills, works well in a fast-paced hospitality environment, and can balance accuracy, efficiency, and responsible food and beverage handling. Some day time, evening and weekend shifts. Restaurant or food service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests, take beverage and food orders, and provide courteous, knowledgeable service.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks according to recipes and guest preferences.
- Enter orders accurately into the POS system and coordinate with servers and kitchen staff.
- Process payments, operate the register, and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized bar and follow food safety, sanitation, and food handling practices.
- Monitor supplies, restock the bar,
and communicate inventory needs to the appropriate team member.
- Manage multiple orders and guest requests while maintaining timely, attentive service.
- Follow applicable policies for responsible alcohol service and guest safety.
Skills
- Bartending and serving experience; restaurant, food industry, or food service experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service, communication, and hospitality skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems; experience with Micros POS is preferred.
- Cashiering and cash handling accuracy.
- Basic math and math skills for processing orders and payments.
- Knowledge of food safety and food handling practices.
- Effective time management, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain composed, cooperative, and guest-focused in a busy environment.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
