Job Summary
The Vehicle Refinisher plays a crucial role in the automotive industry by restoring and enhancing the appearance of vehicles. This position involves working with various tools and equipment to perform refinishing tasks, ensuring that each vehicle meets high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive refinishing and repair and a keen eye for detail, contributing to the overall customer satisfaction and aesthetic appeal of the vehicles.

Responsibilities

- Prepare vehicles for refinishing by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas as needed.
- Apply paint, clear coat, and other finishing materials using spray guns and other tools.
- Inspect finished work for quality assurance, ensuring that all surfaces are smooth and free of defects.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.




- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Perform minor mechanical repairs as needed to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition before refinishing.

Skills

- Minimum 2 years experience is required.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools essential for vehicle refinishing tasks.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during the preparation and finishing stages.
- Experience in automotive repair is beneficial for understanding vehicle components.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
