PROSTAFF Employment Solutions is currently hiring reliable, hardworking Production Associates for a manufacturing client in Windsor, Ontario.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for individuals seeking stable employment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Successful candidates will assist with the assembly, inspection, packaging, and labelling of automotive running boards and related components.

Candidates must be available for either a steady Midnight shift or a rotating Day/Afternoon shift that changes every two weeks.

Reliable transportation is required, as the facility is not located on a bus route.

Position Responsibilities

- Assemble running boards and related automotive components according to established instructions and procedures.
- Perform repetitive assembly tasks while meeting production and quality standards.
- Inspect parts and finished products for defects or quality concerns.
- Verify that components and sub-assemblies meet required specifications.
- Package completed products according to company procedures.
- Label and tag finished packages accurately.
- Identify and report defective parts or production concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain production targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workstation.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and workplace guidelines.
- Assist with other general production duties as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a factory, manufacturing, or warehouse environment.
- Secondary school diploma required.
- Ability to lift and handle up to 40 lbs.

Available Shifts

Option 1: Steady Midnight Shift

- Consistent midnight schedule.

Option 2: Rotating Day/Afternoon Shift

- Day shift: 6:45 AM – 2:45 PM
- Afternoon shift: 2:45 PM – 10:45 PM
- Rotation changes every two weeks.
