We are looking for a skilled client-focused individual to join our team at the Ayr Physiotherapy Clinic! Our goal is to improve our clients' physical abilities so that their quality of life is enhanced.

Position: Receptionist / Physiotherapy Aide / Kinesiologist at the Ayr Physiotherapy Clinic.

Hours: starting part time 8-22 hours/week with extra hours for vacation coverage as needed; with potential to progress to full time hours spring 2027

Clinic Hours: Mon-Fri 5:45am to 7:00pm; Sat occasionally 8:30am to 4:30 pm **MUST be able to do EARLY mornings 5:30am start**

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Greeting clients as they arrive at the clinic

- Phone tasks; Scheduling of clients appointments; Registration of new clients

- Various administrative tasks i.e. obtaining medical reports, emailing / faxing / scanning
medical reports

- Assisting and teaching clients their exercises and ensuring correct technique

- Applying therapeutic modalities (ultrasound, laser,



shockwave, IFC, hot packs, ice, TENS)

- Doing laundry and maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic

Requirements:

- Ability to multitask and move quickly in a busy environment

- Excellent with clients and respectful of other staff and all clients; positive and organized

- Computer literate and quick to learn computer software. Knowledge of ABELMED is preferred but not required

- Knowledge of WSIB and MVA is an asset
