Your main objective is to sell vehicles and hit monthly performance targets. However, we do it better than standard dealerships: we strip away the volatile "gross profit commission" structure and replace it with a rock-solid base salary combined with heavy, uncapped volume and performance bonuses.You get financial stability from day one, plus the direct path to earn a six-figure income based entirely on your production.What You’ll Do:

- Close Deals & Drive Volume: Actively convert showroom visitors and incoming digital leads into vehicle buyers.
- Own the Sales Pipeline: Guide buyers through vehicle selection, deliver compelling presentations, handle test drives, and move them seamlessly to the close.
- Collaborate to Win: Partner with sales and finance managers to structure deals and wrap up purchase paperwork efficiently.
- Deliver the Applewood Experience: Maintain our transparent, customer-first brand philosophy while aggressively pursuing your monthly sales targets.

- Licensing Requirements: A valid BC Driver’s License is mandatory. (Willingness to obtain a VSA Salesperson License during onboarding).
