Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to build customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and help grow revenue. This role combines B2C sales, business development, and customer service, with opportunities to work across marketing, inside sales, and technology or technical sales. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, understands customer needs, and can guide prospects through the sales process.

Duties

- Identify and qualify prospective business customers through research, outreach, referrals, and telemarketing.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities, from initial contact through negotiation and close.
- Present products or services, explain relevant technical details, and tailor proposals to customer needs.
- Build lasting relationships with prospects and existing clients through responsive, professional customer service.
- Conduct discovery conversations, deliver product demonstrations, and follow up consistently on open opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to coordinate campaigns, share market feedback,



and support business development.
- Maintain accurate prospect, customer, and activity records in POS or a similar customer relationship management system.
- Track sales activity and pipeline progress, prepare updates, and identify ways to improve outreach and conversion.
- Represent the company professionally in customer meetings and other business interactions.

Experience

- Experience in sales, inside sales, B2C sales, or business development is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS System or another CRM platform is preferred.
- Solid negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Professional fluency in English is required; language skills are a plus.
- A customer-focused approach, sound organization, persistence, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities are essential.

Pay: From $19.25 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25.0 per week
