We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and experienced Assistant Manager to join our Domino’s Pizza team. The successful candidate will help manage daily in-store operations, including opening and closing the store, supervising team members, preparing food, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Previous work experience at Domino’s Pizza is mandatory. Applicants must be familiar with Domino’s operations, food preparation procedures, and store standards.

The ideal candidate should be responsible, organized, and able to lead a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Open and close the store according to Domino’s procedures.
- Supervise and support team members during daily operations.
- Prepare food and ensure products meet Domino’s quality standards.
- Manage food preparation, inventory, and product rotation.
- Monitor order accuracy and ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues when possible.
- Assist with scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating team activities.




- Complete opening and closing checklists, cash handling, and required reports.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure supplies are available for daily operations.
- Train and support new employees on store procedures.
- Ensure company policies and operational standards are followed.

Requirements

- Previous Domino’s Pizza experience is required.
- Previous supervisory or shift-lead experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Domino’s food preparation, products, and operating procedures.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Availability to work opening and closing shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable, punctual, organized, and responsible.
- Ability to work independently and support the team when needed.
