Server

Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Hours: The Employee will be expected to work a combination of day shifts serving, night shifts serving and some bartending shifts.

Overview: To be a part of the Holiday Inn team as a dining room server by delivering outstanding customer service with a friendly demeanor, excellent product knowledge and efficient delivery, all while maintaining a clean work environment.

Detailed Job Description:

Ensure an exceptional guest experience: handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensure food & beverage quality and execution meet The Holiday Inn standards, deliver high quality service and products, all while adhering to The Club policies and procedures in regards to members, guests, and employee.

Report to the food and Beverage & Banquets Manager and Meet the expectations of the Executive Chef
Complete an accurate and balanced cash out at the end of your shift, properly tip out support staff




Available to work all Weekends and Holiday.
Provide service in all areas of the Restaurant, Dining Room and Banquets room Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (50lbs) and work long hours on your feet
Perform designated bartending/serving duties with speed, efficiency and accuracy

Maintain clean working spaces in all areas of the clubhouse at all times
Maintain product inventory levels, update Items Needed List, receive and organize orders
Maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment at all times

Follow the Ontario Health & Safety Act and Liquor Laws
ensure opening and closing procedures are followed.

Experience:
Server : 1 year (Preferred)
Bartending: 1 year (Preferred)
