We at Red Culinary assist hospitality venues, hotels, caterers, and food service professions with the help they need to execute their events

Red Culinary standards of excellence include

- Black Chef outfit, Cap, jacket, pants and apron including black green patch - non slip safety shoes - this is required for all positions - Can be purchased from us and deducted from your paycheque

- A knife kit that is safe and portable - this is required for all positions except Porter/Dishwasher





We always arrive 15 minutes early and are ready to work at the designated start time. We are required to stand for long periods of time and are expected to be able to lift heavy objects on occasion.

Recommended certifications

Lead, Prep, Pastry, Line Cook must have or get their Food safety Certificate

Porter/Dishwashers must have or get their WHMIS - Secure handling of Chemicals certification

For events out of the city we pay travel time and can arrange carpools

Job Types: Casual, Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
