About Advancerite

Advancerite Technologies Inc. is a Canadian innovation and technology company focused on creating high-performance humans and businesses. We build and deliver technology-enabled products, professional services, workforce and entrepreneurship programs, and digital platforms that help organizations innovate, access funding, develop talent, and grow. Our portfolio includes SR&ED; and grant services, accelerator and incubator programming, and the AKITO platform, alongside evolving products and services designed to support businesses and talent in a rapidly changing economy.

The Opportunity

Advancerite is seeking an experienced, systems-minded Product & Sales Manager to own and accelerate revenue generation across the company. This is a hands-on growth role for a proven sales professional who can keep pipelines consistently full, build repeatable sales processes, and convert opportunities into customers across multiple product and service lines.

A central mandate of this role is to use AI, automation, CRM discipline, data, and scalable sales systems to materially increase sales capacity and performance. The successful candidate will combine relationship-based selling with modern AI-enabled prospecting, qualification, follow-up, reporting, and conversion workflows.

Key Responsibilities

· Own Advancerite’s end-to-end sales pipeline, from prospecting and lead generation through qualification, proposal, negotiation, closing, onboarding handoff, and expansion.

· Maintain a healthy, active, and measurable pipeline across all Advancerite products and services, with sufficient qualified opportunities to support revenue targets.

· Drive customer acquisition and revenue for SR&ED; services, grant services, accelerator and incubator programs, the AKITO platform, and any additional products or services designated by the company.

· Develop and execute outbound and inbound sales strategies targeting businesses, entrepreneurs, ecosystem partners, institutions, and other relevant customer segments.

· Use AI tools, sales automation, CRM workflows, data enrichment, sequencing, analytics,

and other systems to increase prospecting volume, improve lead quality, shorten sales cycles, and strengthen conversion rates.

· Build, document, test, and continuously improve scalable sales playbooks, funnels, messaging, qualification criteria, follow-up cadences, and conversion processes.

· Manage CRM data quality, opportunity stages, forecasting, activity tracking, KPIs, dashboards, and regular revenue reporting to leadership.

· Prepare and deliver compelling discovery calls, product/service presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and commercial negotiations.

· Collaborate with product, program, marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to translate customer needs into appropriate offers and ensure strong handoffs after close.

· Conduct market and competitor research to identify new customer segments, partnerships, channels, and revenue opportunities.

· Represent Advancerite at industry events, ecosystem meetings, conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings as required.

· Support cross-selling and account growth across Advancerite’s portfolio and undertake other sales, product, or growth responsibilities reasonably assigned by the company.

· Source and translate customer feedback into continuous improvement cycles for our products and services.

What Success Looks Like

· Consistent pipeline coverage across Advancerite’s portfolio, with clear next steps and disciplined follow-up for active opportunities.

· A repeatable AI-enabled sales engine that improves prospecting, qualification, conversion, forecasting, and team efficiency.

· Achievement of defined sales and revenue targets, supported by a commission structure tied to performance.

· Growth in new customers, recurring relationships, cross-sell opportunities, and market reach.

· Accurate CRM reporting and reliable visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, sales cycles, and expected revenue.

Qualifications & Experience

· 5-10 years of progressive sales experience, ideally including B2B, technology, professional services, consulting, SaaS, innovation, funding advisory, workforce development, or related solution-based sales.

· Demonstrated history of building and managing sales pipelines and converting qualified opportunities into revenue.

· Strong experience with consultative selling, discovery, proposals, negotiation, relationship management, and closing.

· Practical experience using CRM platforms and modern sales technology; comfort adopting AI and automation as core components of day-to-day sales execution is essential.

· Ability to sell multiple products and services with different customer profiles, sales cycles, and value propositions.

· Solid written and verbal communication, presentation, organization, and follow-through skills.

· Comfort operating in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment where systems are continuously improved and priorities evolve.

· Post-secondary education in business, marketing, sales, technology, innovation, or a related field is an asset; equivalent experience will be considered.

Compensation & Work Arrangement

· Base salary: CAD $60,000-$80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

· Commission structure tied to achievement of defined sales and revenue targets.

· Full-time role with remote work flexibility; the successful candidate must be eligible to work in Canada and able to participate in meetings, customer engagements, and occasional travel as required.

· Opportunity to help shape Advancerite’s sales systems, AI-enabled growth infrastructure, and go-to-market execution across a diverse portfolio.
