We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Nail Technician to join our energetic beauty team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing exceptional nail care and body waxing services while upholding the highest standards of safety and sanitation. Beyond technical skills, we are looking for a reliable professional who excels at client retention, promotes our retail and add-on services, and fosters a friendly, professional salon atmosphere.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Provide professional nail treatments, including manicures, pedicures, custom nail art and waxing.
- Execute body waxing services prioritizing client comfort, safety, and hygiene.
- Ensure strict compliance with sanitation and safety standards across all instruments and work areas.
- Communicate thoughtfully with clients to understand their needs, manage expectations, and provide expert aftercare guidance.
- Educate clients on retail products and promote add-on services to enhance their overall experience.
- Help keep the overall salon environment clean, organized,



and client-ready at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Licensing: Active State Cosmetology, Nail Technician, or Esthetician License.
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience in manicures, pedicures, gel polish, and nail art. Experience with body waxing is a strong plus!
- Sanitation Focus: Deep understanding of state hygiene regulations and strict adherence to tool sterilization standards.
- Client Relations: Outstanding communication skills with a natural ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and make them feel comfortable.

Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 44.0 per week
