Title: Remarketing Specialist

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Remote (in-office training required for the first week)

Summary:

The Remarketing Specialist reports to the Manager of Remarketing. The Remarketing Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of disposing lease return units including but not limited to pricing, transporting and selling. The individual will liaise with business partners, dealers and lessees to gather necessary documentation or information to ensure accuracy of condition of lease returns to maximize resale values. The Remarketing Specialist will also be responsible for timely follow-ups and for manufacturer guidelines’ compliance on vehicles to be met. The position requires a good understanding of automotive lease end processes, and a good knowledge of auction and wholesale business practices.

Responsibilities/Duties:

· Managing inventory nationally

· Pricing vehicles/bid reviews

· Facilitating auction sales online and physical

· Responsible for selling units at physical auction

· Monitor days in inventory/days to sell (Aging)

· Scheduling sales

· Finalizing run lists for physical auction sales

· Maintaining sales report

· Posting/ distribution of sales result

· Managing arbitrations

· Communications between OEM’s, dealers and business partners for auction units

· Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports

· Coordinating accurate sales information for auction sales

· Administrative duties as required

· Update policies and procedures as required

Qualifications:

· 2+ years in the automotive field

· Bilingual in French is a requirement

· Post-secondary education or equivalent industry experience

· Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure

· Solid team player with the ability to interact with all levels in the organization

· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay: $62,000.00-$68,000.00 per year
