We’re looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead a busy facility, ensuring smooth daily operations, team and contractor coordination, and top-notch safety and user experience.

What You’ll Do

- Direct, schedule, and develop the operations team; provide hands-on leadership.
- Manage preventative maintenance programs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life-safety, energy, and waste.
- Support budgeting, cost control, and reporting to inform decisions and capex planning.

What You Bring

- 4–6 years in operations & maintenance, construction experience with 1–3 years of supervisory responsibility.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude; calm under pressure; organized and decisive.
- One or more assets, but not required: 5th or 4th Class Power Engineering ticket, FMP designation, BES or SMA certifications.

Compensation & Schedule

- Salary:



$80,000–$90,000 base + bonus
- Benefits: Dental, Medical, 3 weeks’ vacation, RRSP matching
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Some weekends and on call.
