Job Overview

We are seeking a staff accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and

providing accurate financial reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills and the

ability to work collaboratively within a team workplace.

Staff Accountant

1. Full Cycle Accounting

o Manage full cycle accounting, including accounts payable, accounts

receivable, payroll entries, and general ledger.

o Perform monthly reconciliations such as bank accounts, credit cards, and

balance sheet accounts.

o Prepare and post journal entries and maintain supporting documentation.

2. Financial Reporting

o Prepare monthly and annual financial statements (balance sheet, income

statement).

o Analyze financial results and explain variances compared to budget and

prior periods.

o Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards.

3. Process Improvement and Compliance





o Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies.

o Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiency.

4. Year-End closing

o Assist with Preparation working papers and schedules for external

auditors.

o Assist with year-end closing and audit requests.

5. Special projects

o Assist with finishing projects required by the management

Job requirements: 3-5 years relevant experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
