Kicksaw gives employees unlimited PTO , because we’re serious when we say that work-life balance is a high priority around here. Each team member must take four weeks of PTO every year at a minimum. No, that’s not a typo. And that doesn’t even include the 18+ company holidays, four-day weekends galore (we seize every chance), and 24 paid volunteer hours.
