As Senior Project Manager, you will lead initiatives from ideation through Phase 0 within approximately 90-day transformation cycles. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary experts to structure creative solutions before transferring them to execution teams. The mandate includes shaping a new operating model with autonomy and senior-leader visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate mandates through Phase 0 transformation cycles
- Facilitate planning, follow-up, retrospective, and governance workshops
