We are a growing sales and marketing organization that helps established business-service providers connect with new customers. We specialize in face-to-face business development, customer acquisition, and territory-based sales.

We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Field Sales Representative to prospect for new business, meet directly with business owners and decision-makers, and close current sales within an assigned territory.

The Opportunity

This is a field-based position for someone confident in starting conversations, building professional relationships, understanding customer needs, and presenting solutions in person. You will receive hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and a structured sales process designed to help you build your skills and grow within the organization.

Key Resposibilities

- Visit businesses in-person in your assigned territory and connect with local decision-makers.
- Build relationships, present solutions, and schedule follow-ups.
- Meet account retention targets.
- Close deals and complete activations for small business customers.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and sales targets
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Track your performance and activity in our CRM

Who You Are

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
- 1–3 years in customer-facing roles (sales, retail, hospitality, etc.)
- Goal-oriented, competitive, and motivated by results
- Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and improve consistently
- Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, hospitality, or retail is an asset but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
