Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Persaonal Lines Account Manager to join our team. This role involves managing and growing client relationships within the insurance sector, ensuring tailored coverage solutions, and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, business development expertise, and a solid understanding of insurance products to support our clients’ needs effectively.

Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on insurance options and coverage options.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and personalized service.
- Identify opportunities for business growth by analyzing client portfolios and market trends.
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients and underwriters to secure optimal coverage solutions.
- Conduct detailed analysis of client needs, risk assessments, and coverage gaps to recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Manage renewals, policy changes, and claims processes efficiently to ensure client satisfaction.
- R.I.B.O accreditation is mandatory.
- Collaborate with direct ownership to develop strategies for business development and client engagement.




- Lead efforts in cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients to maximize account value.

Skills

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to work on current business effectively.
- Proven experience in business development and B2B sales within the insurance services industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear client interaction and team collaboration.
- Analytical skills to interpret market data, client information, and risk assessments accurately.
- Able to work with various data managament systems.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
