- Oversees daily bar and dining room operations while actively performing bartending and food service duties.
- Greets customers, takes food and beverage orders, and provides friendly, professional customer service.
- Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with provincial liquor regulations.
- Serves food and beverages to customers, ensuring orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
- Supervises, trains, and assists bartenders, servers, and other service staff during daily operations.
- Coordinates staff schedules, assigns duties, and ensures adequate staffing during operating hours.
- Handles customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a skilled manner.
- Monitors liquor, beer, wine, food, and bar supply inventory and assists with ordering and stock control.
- Processes customer payments, operates the point-of-sale system, and completes cash reconciliation and daily sales reports.
- Ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and workplace health and safety regulations.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining room, and service areas.




- Assists with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, securing inventory, and preparing the establishment for daily operations.
- Supports management with staff training, operational improvements, promotions, and special events.
- Works alongside employees during busy periods to maintain efficient food and beverage service.
- Prepares and places weekly food orders with suppliers and vendors to maintain adequate inventory for daily restaurant operations.
- Manages liquor, beer, wine, and other beverage orders through authorized suppliers, ensuring sufficient stock levels.
- Monitors food and beverage inventory, tracks usage, and minimizes waste and unnecessary expenses.
- Receives and verifies food and liquor deliveries, ensuring accuracy of orders, product quality, and proper storage.
- Communicates with vendors regarding product availability, pricing, deliveries, and ordering requirements.

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
