- We are seeking a dependable Candy Packaging team member to help prepare, package, and organize candy products in a manufacturing environment.
- This hands-on role supports production by keeping packaging operations running smoothly and ensuring products are handled carefully and consistently.
- Training may be provided for site-specific equipment and procedures. The position requires following workplace safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Package, label, and inspect candy products according to production instructions.
- Assist with assembly and packaging line tasks, including preparing materials and replenishing supplies.
- Check products and packaging for visible defects, correct labeling, and proper presentation.
- Keep work areas, equipment, and materials clean and organized.
- Follow food-handling, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Use hand tools and basic equipment as needed; report equipment issues or production concerns to a supervisor.
- Help move, stage, and organize materials or finished goods in coordination with warehouse staff.
Skills
- Interest or experience in manufacturing, assembly, or packaging is helpful.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and quality standards.
- Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on tasks in a production setting
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work cooperatively with a team.
Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
