We are recruiting on behalf of a leading industrial distribution company serving customers across multiple sectors. This role focuses on outside sales, building customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.

The role will be managing the region of Orillia and surrounding.

Compensation: Base $60,000–$65,000 + commissions (OTE $110,000)

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with current and existing customers.
- Communicate professionally via phone, email, and in-person meetings to address customer needs.
- Prepare, produce, and follow up on customer quotations.
- Accurately process and manage purchase orders and source competitive supplier quotations.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve branch and company sales goals.

Qualifications

- University or College degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in managing multiple product lines - bearings, hydraulics, tools, machinery, etc.
- Working through a distributor network an asset.




- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- High integrity, professionalism, and work ethic.
