Aspire Physiotherapy, a 5-star clinic dedicated to helping patients overcome injuries and return to the activities they love, is growing! We’re currently hiring a Full Time Patient Experience Coordinator at our Calgary Bridlewood Location.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional clinic experience. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting new and returning patients throughout their rehab journey
- Communicating clearly and confidently about appointments, services, insurance, billing, and patient concerns
- Submitting insurance claims and tracking approvals
- Processing payments and managing billing inquiries
- Contacting MVA insurance adjusters, and WCB Case Managers as needed
- Managing paperwork and clinic documentation
- Answering phones and emails with professionalism
- Collaborating with our physiotherapists, massage therapists, acupuncturists,



and chiropractors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

What We’re Looking For:

- A positive, outgoing, and goal-oriented individual
- Energetic, friendly, and eager to learn
- Robust communication skills and excellent phone etiquette
- Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with computers (experience with Jane or similar EMR systems and spreadsheets is an asset)
- A true team player who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service

Position Details:

- Full-time (30–40 hours per week)
- Afternoon/Evening availability is mandatory
