Energreen/Colvoy Equipment located in Tillsonburg, Ontario currently has an opportunity for an experienced Sales & Product Support Representative to join their team.

General Overview:

Help grow our dealer network and direct equipment sales across Canada. Colvoy Equipment / Energreen Canada supplies vegetation management and snow removal equipment to municipalities, contractors, and other equipment users.

We’re looking for a hands-on equipment professional who builds relationships, moves sales opportunities forward, and follows through. This role combines dealer support and direct end-user sales in roughly equal measure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop dealer and end-user accounts, moving opportunities through product selection, demonstrations, quotes, and closing.
- Plan and deliver equipment demonstrations and train dealers and operators.
- Coordinate product, parts, application, and warranty questions with our team.
- Identify territory growth opportunities and potential current dealers.
- Attend trade shows, dealer events, and customer visits.
- Keep sales pipeline and account information current.

Competencies and Qualifications:

- At least five years of relevant equipment experience in sales, dealer support, product support, or a comparable field role.
- Previous experience in municipal,



agricultural, construction, forestry, or related equipment sectors is preferred.
- French language skills, mechanical aptitude, and established industry relationship are all considered assets.
- Confidence operating and demonstrating equipment such as mowers, snowblowers, or similar machinery.
- Strong communication, organization, practical problem-solving, and follow-through.
- A collaborative approach and the initiative to work independently.
- A valid driver’s licence and availability for overnight travel across Canada.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email communication.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel throughout Canada, as required. Typical expectation is about one week away from home per month, occasionally up to two. Weekend travel is the exception, not the rule. Trips are planned so you are home on weekends unless there is no practical alternative.
