Manager of Security

Location: Calgary, AB
Salary: $110,000–$135,000 annually

KPI is seeking a Senior Manager, Security & Life Safety to lead security programs, risk management, and emergency preparedness in Calgary.

Responsibilities

- Direct security operations and contracted personnel.
- Manage emergency planning, incident response, and life safety programs.
- Oversee security technology, regulatory compliance, and risk assessments.
- Develop operating budgets and manage security service contracts.
- Coordinate with emergency services and internal operational teams.

Qualifications

- 7+ years of progressive security, public safety, or emergency management experience.
- Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience.




- Experience with security budgets, contractor oversight, and incident command.
- Knowledge of Alberta fire safety requirements and security systems.
- Relevant post-secondary education or professional certifications preferred.

Compensation & Benefits: $110,000–$135,000 annually, plus benefits, pension, and potential incentives.
