Job Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Supervisor to support daily restaurant and hospitality operations. This role helps deliver excellent customer service, maintain safe and efficient food service, and guide team members across front- and back-of-house duties. The Supervisor will coordinate shift activities, uphold service standards, and help create a welcoming experience for guests.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and support team members during service, assigning tasks and helping maintain smooth daily operations.
- Provide attentive, professional customer service and respond to guest questions or concerns.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, serving, and other food service activities as needed.
- Help maintain food safety, food handling, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
- Support cash handling and point-of-sale transactions; experience with POS systems, including Micros POS, is practical.
- Create schedules that accommodate with employees availability
- Assist with shift coordination, team management, and communication between kitchen and service staff.
- Participate in interviewing and onboarding team members when needed.




- Help ensure service areas, kitchen spaces, and equipment are organized and ready for operation.

Qualifications

- Supervising experience and demonstrated leadership or team management skills.
- Experience in restaurant management, restaurant operations, food service, or the food industry.
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking, food handling, and food safety practices.
- Customer service experience and the ability to communicate professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Experience with scheduling systems
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling; Micros POS experience is a plus.
- Serving experience is helpful. Bartending or barista experience is also welcome.
- Kitchen experience and hospitality or hotel experience are beneficial.
- Strong organization, sound judgment, and the ability to guide a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $19.00 per hour
