The Opportunity

You'll begin by learning our restaurant operations from the ground up, working directly alongside our team and experienced leaders.

As you demonstrate your abilities, you'll have opportunities to take on greater responsibility, develop your leadership skills, and work toward positions such as:

- Shift Supervisor
- Assistant General Manager
- General Manager
- Potential future multi-location leadership opportunities

For exceptional candidates, progression into management may be possible in approximately six months, depending on performance, readiness, and available opportunities.

This is a hands-on leadership prospect. Our managers work alongside their teams, lead busy shifts, coach employees, and take ownership of their restaurant's success.
