As a Seasonal Part time Sales Associate, you will help customers discover products they love while supporting our stores during the busy holiday season.

What You’ll Do

- Engage and assist customers: Provide personalized shopping experiences and recommend products that suit customers’ needs.
- Achieve sales goals: Support store targets through excellent service and strong product knowledge.
- Build customer relationships: Follow up with customers and invite them to relevant CRM activities and store events.
- Support merchandising and store maintenance: Keep the sales floor and stockroom well-organized, fully stocked, clean and visually appealing.
- Process transactions: Handle purchases,



returns and exchanges accurately using the POS system.
- Stay informed: Keep up to date with ATACZ product collections, sustainability initiatives and promotions.
- Contribute to team success: Collaborate with teammates and support daily store operations.

Who You Are

- Previous retail or sales experience is an asset but not required—we value a positive attitude, enthusiasm and a passion for sales.
- Interested in sustainability, fashion and delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, dependable and comfortable helping customers solve problems.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexible availability during the seasonal period, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and opening or closing shifts.
- Willingness to occasionally support pop-up events at other locations within British Columbia is an asset.

Compensation and Perks

- CA$18.25–CA$20 per hour, based on experience.
- Sales bonus eligibility when monthly store targets are achieved.
- Employee discount on ATACZ products upon successful completion of the probationary period.
