Job Summary

Company is looking for a confident, outgoing, and motivated Marketing Agent to help grow our client base and build relationships with businesses that may require staffing services.

This position combines telephone marketing, follow-up calls, and in-person business visits. The successful candidate must be comfortable speaking with business owners, managers, and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to introduce the Business and our staffing services.
- Follow up with prospective clients by phone and email.
- Visit businesses in person to introduce our company and discuss their staffing needs.
- Conduct door-to-door business marketing on designated days, approximately 2–3 days per week.
- Identify potential clients in manufacturing, warehousing, production, distribution, and other industries.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients.
- Record client contacts, follow-ups, and marketing activities.
- Help arrange meetings between prospective clients and our management team.

Requirements

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making cold calls and approaching businesses in person.
- Professional, friendly, and confident when speaking with decision-makers.
- Organized and able to maintain follow-up records.




- Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented.
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or business-to-business marketing is an asset.
- Knowledge of staffing or employment services is an advantage.

Work Schedule and Travel

- Marketing visits will take place approximately 2–3 days per week on designated days.
- Other workdays will focus on telephone calls, emails, follow-ups, and office-related marketing activities.
- Business visits will be conducted across assigned areas of the GTA and surrounding regions.
- Transportation is generally arranged for marketing visits; the employee is not normally expected to drive themselves.
