About the Position

SCI Beauty is seeking an Esthetics Instructor who can transform industry expertise into engaging, informative, and practical learning experiences for beauty professionals.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating educational resources, designing professional training programs, and delivering interactive workshops, seminars, and product demonstrations.

You will help estheticians, salon professionals, and industry partners strengthen their understanding of skincare products, professional treatment techniques, and Korean beauty innovations.

The successful candidate will combine hands-on esthetics experience, strong teaching abilities, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for professional education.

Your Key Responsibilities

Training Development & Educational Content

- Design and create professional skincare training programs tailored to different experience levels.
- Develop comprehensive educational resources, including training guides, presentations, instructional manuals, and supporting materials.
- Prepare clear and informative content covering skincare principles, product ingredients, treatment procedures, and professional applications.
- Organize educational materials into structured, easy-to-follow learning programs.
- Regularly review and enhance training resources to reflect new products, techniques, and industry developments.

Professional Training & Instruction

- Lead educational seminars, practical workshops, and professional skincare training sessions.
- Deliver confident, engaging presentations to estheticians, skincare specialists, salon teams, and other beauty industry professionals.
- Explain product functions, ingredient benefits, treatment methods, and recommended professional applications.
- Conduct hands-on product demonstrations and guide participants through professional treatment protocols.




- Adapt training approaches to accommodate participants with different levels of skincare knowledge and experience.
- Encourage active participation and create a supportive, interactive learning environment.

Training Coordination & Industry Engagement

- Assist with planning and organizing training events, including schedules, venues, presentation materials, and educational supplies.
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure training content aligns with product information and company objectives.
- Participate in product introductions, beauty exhibitions, industry workshops, and professional education events.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with estheticians, spa operators, clinic professionals, and other industry partners.
- Gather participant feedback and identify opportunities to improve future educational programs.
- Remain informed about Korean skincare innovations, professional facial treatments, ingredient developments, and evolving beauty industry practices.
- Visit customer locations, professional training facilities, and industry events when necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

Professional Background

- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in esthetics, skincare, professional beauty treatments, beauty education, or a related industry.
- Formal esthetics training, professional certification, or relevant beauty education is considered an asset.
- Previous experience developing training materials, conducting skincare education sessions, or presenting professional seminars.
- Solid understanding of skincare products, active ingredients, professional facial treatments, and esthetic practices.
- Familiarity with Korean skincare products, professional treatment kits, and K-beauty trends is an advantage.
- Experience delivering both theoretical instruction and practical product demonstrations is highly valued.

Communication & Teaching Skills

- Excellent English communication, presentation, and public speaking abilities.
- Comfortable delivering professional education to individuals, small groups, and larger audiences.
- Ability to explain technical skincare concepts in a clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence interacting with beauty professionals and business partners.
- Ability to develop visually organized, informative, and qualified educational presentations.
