At Habitat Leasing, we are redefining the residential experience by offering a seamless, modern, and transparent leasing service. To support our rapid growth in the metropolitan area, we are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated, and results-driven Leasing Agent to manage our Montreal market.

As a Leasing Agent, you will be the face of our company in the field. You will independently manage the full leasing cycle, from initial contact to the final lease signing. You will join a high-performing team where your success depends directly on your discipline and sales ability.

Main Responsibilities:

- Schedule, coordinate, and conduct tours of available apartments in Montreal.
- Provide rigorous, prompt, and professional follow-up on all incoming inquiries (emails, phone calls, messages).
- Close deals efficiently to reach and exceed performance targets and quotas.
- Qualify prospective tenants, collect required documentation,



and collaborate with the central administrative team to finalize leases.

Required Profile:

- Experience: Successful prior experience in sales, business development, customer service, or real estate.
- Closing Ability: You are a closer. Driven by challenges and performance quotas, you know how to convert leads into signed deals.
- Personality: Warm, approachable, and charismatic. You have a natural ability to quickly build rapport and trust with clients.
- Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently, manage your own schedule in the field, and take initiative without constant supervision.
- Pace Management: Ability to perform and remain highly organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Languages: Fluent in French (French/English bilingualism is a strong asset for the Montreal market).
- Mobility: Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle to travel efficiently between properties.
