**Overview:** We are seeking a part time Night Auditor for weekends to join our team at a hotel in providing exceptional guest service during the overnight hours. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle various front desk responsibilities. **Responsibilities:** - Perform night audit duties accurately and efficiently - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift - Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about hotel services - Manage phone systems and respond to guest calls promptly - Ensure the security of the property during the night hours - Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions - Complete end-of-day activities and generate reports for management **Experience:** - Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred - Multilingual skills are a plus for assisting diverse guests - Proficiency in guest services and phone etiquette - Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures - Robust customer service orientation with the ability to handle various guest situations - Familiarity with hotel booking systems and software Joining our team as a Night Auditor offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment, interact with guests from diverse backgrounds, and contribute to ensuring a smooth overnight operation.
