Yanda Canada Ltd. is expanding its team and is currently seeking experienced, dedicated, and highly skilled QC Electrical Leads and QC Electrical Field Inspectors to join our industrial construction projects in Anzac, Alberta.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS & COMPENSATION

1. QC Electrical Lead

- Employee Rate: $59.00/hour
- DSP (Independent Contractor) Rate: $75.00/hour

2. QC Electrical Field Inspector

- Employee Rate: $51.50/hour

WORK SCHEDULE & BENEFITS

- Location: Anzac, Alberta
- Rotation: 24 days on / 4 days off OR 21 days on / 7 days off
- Shift Length: 12 hours per day
- Camp Accommodation: Provided

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform detailed electrical quality control inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, and industry standards.
- Inspect electrical installations, equipment, components, and assemblies to verify quality and workmanship.
- Review electrical drawings, technical specifications, inspection test plans (ITPs), and quality documentation.
- Identify deficiencies, document non-conformances, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Conduct and witness electrical testing and inspections as required.
- Maintain accurate inspection reports, quality records, and supporting documentation.
- Work closely with construction supervisors, project management, and quality assurance teams.




- Ensure compliance with project quality requirements and workplace safety regulations.
- Participate in quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Previous experience in electrical quality control or quality assurance within industrial construction.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, inspection procedures, and QA/QC standards.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with applicable electrical codes and industry standards.
- Experience with electrical testing and inspection equipment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced industrial environment.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS – QC ELECTRICAL LEAD

- Proven leadership experience in electrical quality control.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate electrical QC inspection activities.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, inspection procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Experience coordinating with construction management and project stakeholders.
- Ability to identify quality concerns, implement corrective actions, and ensure project compliance.
