We are currently seeking a Sales Manage rto join our team in Quebec City, QC or Sept-Îles, QC .

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve territory objectives for all PAL Airlines, Air Borealis, PAL Aviation Services and MFC (PAL) as directed by the Director and VP;
- Respond to client inquiries, requests or issues. Working with various internal departments to ensure customer needs are met;
- Identify and assist in the development of product improvements for PAL Airlines scheduled service and cargo operations;
- Prepare proposals/bids,



analyze current sales records, related business trends, and market development that demonstrates the benefits of PAL;
- Support VP and Director of Sales in responding to RFPs and ensure appropriate process is followed when putting forth new opportunities for bid;
- Communicate effectively with the Director of Sales to develop contracts that meet client needs, while achieving PAL objectives;
- Maintain robust relationships with key customers, travel agency partners, aviation services providers and provide ongoing support;
- Identify and assist in the execution of new sales and marketing strategies;
- Work with the Charter management group on leads, sale execution and market development;
- Work with the Marketing Division in executing sales campaigns and community events;
- Work within Amelia and the GDS systems to support clients;
- Involvement with community or industry organizations.
