Deliverables

- Maintain, configure and optimize the Salesforce platform with the CRM product owners and business resources
- Manage user access, profiles and permissions in line with security protocols, and manage system settings (email deliverability, storage limits, session settings)
- Maintain data quality and integrity (deduplication, validation rules, data cleanup)
- Monitor system performance and usage, analyze logs and troubleshoot issues
- Prepare and coordinate Salesforce releases, maintenance plans, updates and patches
- Provide ongoing technical support and handle tickets according to SLAs, acting as the liaison between users, the ServiceDesk and the application development teams
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, and promote process improvement through KPIs and SLAs

Candidate requirements

Must-haves:

- 2 to 4 years of hands-on Salesforce administration in an enterprise setting or with complex use cases
- Experience with NPSP (key point)
- Excellent problem-solving skills (root cause analysis, fact gathering,



valid conclusions)

Nice to have:

- Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Experience across multiple Salesforce orgs or companies (a significant advantage, especially for a more junior profile)
- Knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as SaaS platform management, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and SSL

In accordance with our compensation practices, ALTEN is providing the salary range associated with this chance. Final compensation will be determined after considering several factors, including professional experience, skill set, educational background, certifications, and geographic market conditions. The current target salary range for this role is $82,000 per year OR $50/HR.
