Overview

We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Worker to help keep our hotel, equipment, and common areas protected, clean, and in good working order. The ideal candidate is hands-on, attentive to detail, and able to respond to routine maintenance needs while following established safety procedures.

Duties

- Perform routine inspections and basic preventive maintenance of buildings, fixtures, and equipment.
- Complete minor repairs, such as replacing light bulbs, tightening hardware, and addressing basic plumbing or carpentry issues.
- Keep work areas, walkways, and shared spaces clean, orderly, and free of hazards.
- Identify maintenance concerns and report issues requiring specialized repair.
- Use hand tools and maintenance equipment safely and appropriately.
- Assist with moving supplies, setting up spaces, and other facility needs as assigned.




- Follow safety procedures and maintain clear records of completed work when required.

Skills

- Practical problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new maintenance tasks.
- Basic knowledge of building upkeep, repairs, and common hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to organize tasks, work independently, and collaborate with others.
- Clear communication and a dependable, professional approach.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting items appropriate to the role.

Pay: $17.50-$18.50 per hour
