Job Description

BeHome Nursing Inc. is currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide in-home care to a client in Vittoria, Ontario.

We are looking for someone who is committed to providing high-quality, personalized care while promoting client comfort, dignity, and independence.

Required Availability

Applicants MUST be available for the following schedule:

- Monday to Friday: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Every other weekend
- Consistent availability is essential.

Responsibilities

- Assist with activities of daily living, including personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers as required.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding when needed.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Follow individualized care plans and report changes in client condition.
- Maintain professional communication with the client, family, and care team.

Qualifications





- Valid Personal Support Worker (PSW) certificate.
- Previous experience providing home care is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
- Ability to work independently in a home care setting.
- Reliable transportation to Vittoria, Ontario.
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain one.

Pay: $21.50-$23.50 per hour
