Pinnacle International Hospitality is seeking an experienced HR Director to oversee and support HR operations across our portfolio of hotels and restaurants in Canada and the US.

The successful candidate will work closely with General Managers and senior onsite management teams, with a primary focus on recruitment and hiring as well as maintaining consistent HR standards across all properties.

Job Duties

- recruitment, job postings and hiring across hotel and restaurant properties.
- identify staffing needs and recruit qualified candidates in the desired timeframe.
- Develop and implement standardized employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Establish and maintain employee training programs, including job-specific checklists and service standards.
- Support onsite management with employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters, and staffing challenges.
- Implement employee performance review processes and establish clear expectations and accountability.
- Ensure consistent HR policies, procedures, and compliance with applicable employment regulations across all locations.
- Support staffing, recruitment, and training requirements for new hotel and restaurant openings.




- Work closely with Pinnacle Senior Management on HR initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Minimum 7 years of senior HR experience, preferably within the hotel and restaurant industry, including companies with over 100 employees.
- Robust background in recruitment and hiring.
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with General Managers and senior operational management.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, employee relations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: From $95,000.00 per year
